Yet one more constructing in Detroit has burned down below suspicious circumstances.
The ramshackle home at 2712 Cass Ave., close to Little Caesars Area, was engulfed in flames early Monday morning.
It was one of many final remaining residential properties in an space that was largely purchased out and razed for Ilitch household improvement tasks. The Ilitches quietly bought round 70 properties within the South Cass Hall District over 15 years
